Forgetting Someone

Forgetting someone is like forgetting to turn off the light in the backyard so it stays lit all the next day
But then it is the light that makes you remember.

Wishing for Spring

I'm as restless as a willow in a windstorm,
I'm as jumpy as a puppet on a string,
I'd say that I had spring fever but I know it isn't spring.
I am starry-eyed and vaguely discontented
like a nightingale without a song to sing.
O why should I have spring fever
When it isn't even spring?

These are the lyrics to a song I'm listening to being sung by Jubilant Sykes right now and it's exactly how I feel today.

I know how you are feeling Heidi Ho - once Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas are over, the weather needs to change instantly. It needs to be sunny and warm out...about 73 degrees, blue skies and green grass!!!!

I'm pissed! I just found out that it's supposed to SNOW 5 to 6 inches this afternoon!
